Mr. Yoon drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the field of electrical, electronic, mechanical and metallurgical technologies. He represents clients in the procurement of patents, in patent trials and litigation, and he provides counsel in connection with these matters.
Before joining the firm, he gained experience in electronics, electronic circuits, semiconductor devices, semiconductor IC fabrication, and magnetic and steel materials. In 2000, he published a technical article entitled "Improvement of Diffusion Barrier Performance of 10 nm TiN Layer Using a Very Thin Al Interlayer" in the Advanced Metallization Conference(AMC) 2000.
He received a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Seoul National University in 2000.
He passed the Korean patent bar examination in 2002, and completed the patent attorney training program at the International IP Training Institute in Korea.
He has a good command of English and Japanese.
