Mr. Chang represents clients in the field of electrical and electronic engineering. He handles all phases of intellectual property including procurement of patents, patent trials and litigation, and he provides counsel in connection with these matters.
Before joining the firm, he accumulated in-depth knowledge and experience in the field of electronic transactions including business logic, program implementation, and internet programming. Also, he did an internship at Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd., where he managed the development of the Hyundai M card.
He received a B.S. in computer science from Seoul National University in 2004.
He passed the Korean patent bar examination in 2003, and completed the patent attorney training program at the International IP Training Institute in Korea.
He has a good command of English, Japanese, and German.
