| According to KIPO, 99.93% of applications were filed through KIPO net on-line filing system up to June this year. Since November 2005, KIPO has provided a full-scale 24-hour electronic application service under its KIPOnet system. The office has continuously made efforts to reinforce the stability of the system by establishing the Crisis Recovery Center, operating the Integrated Security Monitoring Center. |
