| KASAN Won a Patent Infringement Lawsuit on a Webcasting Patent |

GABIA, a patentee, brought a patent infringement lawsuit against NOWCOM who had provided webcasting service. KASAN represented NOWCOM and KIM & CHANG acted for GABIA. The patent is related to internet broadcasting technology and business methods of webcasting networks.
We are proud that KASAN sucessfully defended his client before Seoul Distrcit Court and the Patent Court. Kim & Chang is the largest law firm in Korea.
