April 10 to April 11, 2007
Our Seminars in the Munich area and in the U.S. (at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, and at the George Mason University School of Law in Arlington - for details see our website) have met with increasing interest and superb ratings. In order to better serve and allow easier access for participants from the eastern Pacific rim, we offer our traditional KUHNEN & WACKER European Intellectual Property Seminar, now in its 17th year, in Seoul. This seminar will be held in cooperation with KASAN International Patent & Law Firm.
The intensive courses will be held from Tuesday, April 10 through Wednesday, April 11, 2007 at the aT Center, Grand Conference Room, 232, Yangjae-dong, Secho-gu, Seoul.
All courses will be held in English (with no translation).

- Dr. James Allan Forstner who worked for decades on international IP matters, finally as Corporate Counsel and Managing Counsel, at E.I. DuPont de Nemours, and now is member or chair of many international organizations, reports his comprehensive experience.
The Seminar will be limited to about 35 participants; presentation of the topics will be assisted over¬head by Power Point presentations. A Schedule is enclosed. The Seminar can be booked on a daily basis. The charge for one of the days is ₩ 100,000 and for two days ₩ 200,000, including very detailed handouts. For the second and further participant of the same company/firm, a discount of 25% applies.
