| Ahn-Gook Pharmaceutical Inc. defeated Pfizer Inc. in patent infringements lawsuits last June. The patents are directed to Norvasc, blockbuster drug in Korean drug market. The losing party Pfizer appealed to the Supreme Court. Kasan represented the prevailing party Ahn-Gook in the Patent Court. |
