| Patent Infringement Case on USB Memory Stick Album |

A Korean famous film actor and musician, Lee, Joon Ki is dragged in a lawsuit relating his new music album <Lee, Joon Ki, My Joon> released on August 11, 2006.
Hana Micron Co., Ltd., Plaintiff, is a patentee on technology for USB memory stick album of MP3 music files. Plaintiff alleged that the album of My Joon illegally used our patented technology for digital album. We already warned a distributor of My Jooninfringement of our technology.
Defendant, Iocell Corporation refuted that My Joon was programmed and manufactured with independently patented technology that is different from Hana Microns. We have focused on manufacturing USB using flash memory since 2001 and finally published C2 platform in 2004, and its technology is the first one in the world which was even before U3 by Sandisk Corporation, USA in 2004.
